1. Introduction
Welcome to Photography by Abbie James ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

• Additional charges apply for extra dogs, travel beyond 5 miles (45p per mile), and extra photos (£10 per image).

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

3. Image Usage & Copyright

• We retain the copyright of all images taken.

• Clients receive a license for personal use of purchased images.

• We may use images for portfolio, website, and social media (with consent).

• Clients may not alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without permission.

4. Session Guidelines

• Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior during the session.

• We reserve the right to terminate a session if a pet poses a risk.

• Weather-related rescheduling may be arranged if necessary.

5. Refunds & Reshoots

• Refunds are not provided for completed services.

• If technical issues arise, we may offer a reshoot at our discretion.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the session.

• Clients must ensure pets are under control at all times.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• Images will not be shared without prior consent.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
