Welcome to Photography by Abbie James ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
Additional charges apply for extra dogs, travel beyond 5 miles (45p per mile), and extra photos (£10 per image).
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
3. Image Usage & Copyright
We retain the copyright of all images taken.
Clients receive a license for personal use of purchased images.
We may use images for portfolio, website, and social media (with consent).
Clients may not alter, sell, or use images for commercial purposes without permission.
4. Session Guidelines
Clients are responsible for their pets' behavior during the session.
We reserve the right to terminate a session if a pet poses a risk.
Weather-related rescheduling may be arranged if necessary.
5. Refunds & Reshoots
Refunds are not provided for completed services.
If technical issues arise, we may offer a reshoot at our discretion.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses occurring during the session.
Clients must ensure pets are under control at all times.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Images will not be shared without prior consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
